Two divisions, one company, serving Newport and the surrounding Rhode Island municipalities: authorized new equipment sales and independent CCTV repair and parts. Quotes, spec support, OEM parts and remote video diagnosis — from people who have run the machines.
Newport crews work real pipe — not a catalogue. Collection systems, storm lines, plant work and the seasonal reality of Rhode Island weather. We spec equipment against that, not against a brochure, and we back it with parts and service after the sale.
Providence · Warwick · Cranston · Pawtucket · East Providence · Woonsocket · Central Falls — and every municipality, district and contractor between them.
Every manufacturer below is an authorized Tell Equipment line in Rhode Island. Factory-supported quotes, real spec sheets, OEM parts and warranty backup — delivered to Newport.
Vacall combination sewer cleaners, hydro-excavation systems and industrial vacuum equipment.
Mini-Cam CCTV pipeline inspection cameras, push systems, crawlers and related inspection equipment.
Tenax 100% electric sweepers and washers for public and private facilities, from streets and campuses to commercial and industrial sites.
Schwalm sewer rehabilitation robots, robotic milling equipment, cutting tools and components for trenchless sewer repair.

We are not an authorized service center for other brands — we're an independent repair center, and that's the point. Bring us any major CCTV inspection brand and our technicians diagnose, repair and return it. Cameras, crawlers, cable, winches, control units. No dealer politics, no brand lock-in.
Factory-authorized pricing and warranty on the new lines. OEM parts. Independent repair on the equipment you already own. Remote video diagnosis before anything ships. Documentation your procurement team can put in a bid packet.
Yes. Newport and all of Rhode Island are inside our service territory for both divisions — new equipment delivery and repair intake.
