The patent-protected solution to place short liners and hat seals in defective sewer sections. Inflatable hollow bodies made from rubber and metal with a mountable rubber hat. Produced manually in the Schwalm manufacturing process. Available for main pipe DN 100 to DN 800.
These special devices developed by Schwalm serve to press short liners, which have been saturated in synthetic resin, onto sockets and tear formations in the main pipe and hat seals into lateral connections. The rubber hats, available in various sizes, are connected to the HutlinerPacker® via a universal threaded mount. HutlinerPacker® with a flexible packer body can even be used in curved shafts, depending on the site conditions.
Used optionally with or without rubber hats. Without rubber hat → short liner insertion. With rubber hat → hat seal alone, or short liner + hat seal = Hutliner®. Mobile, no own drive — coupled to Talpa robot for transport, then robot can be removed. Flexible packer body for curved shafts.

Shown with DN 300/400 packer deployed in sewer via Talpa FSR 2060. From DN 200: sufficient through-flow capacity — no waste water pumping required. Hat attachment sizes DN 90 to DN 250 (rubber hat sizes 1–7 + sealing disc).

Rubber hats (sizes 1–7 + sealing disc), oval pipe accessories, pipe sealing cushions (straight bladders). Consumable material: 2-component resin systems, felt hats, fiberglass laminate, PE bags, rubber bands, rubber care, stretch film.
